MSM is a bioavailable form of sulfur related to dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO). Sulfur is an element found in all living organisms and 85% of it is provided by MSM and related compounds. Allergy Research Group include molybdenum because taking supplemental MSM may encourage urinary excretion of molybdenum.
