When I custom formulated new Double Chocolate, I spent many months at the drawing board perfecting it to ensure that it had the absolute perfect balance of rich chocolate flavour and just the right amount of natural sweetness. This delicious and decadent flavour is inspired by visits to my aunt’s house in Pass Christian, Mississippi, and those times she would make her famous double chocolate brownie pie. You know, I never really liked pie growing up until the day I finally tried hers. While I don’t eat gluten anymore, I still miss the flavour of that pie I enjoyed as a girl and I’ve faithfully recreated it here!
